I think we decided to update the Changelog only on stable releases, so beta releases won't update the changelog in case new changes are added in before the stable release. The changelog in the stable release will use the same as the one in the description here.

Talked to @bbroder-algo . Closing and this will be recreated as a stable sdk release.
