@JeffryBooher Which OS? I'm not seeing this on 7 or 8.0...

Huh, you know now I can see it on both too. It's very infrequent for me though, like maybe one flicker per second -- maybe that's why I didn't spot it on my dimmer laptop screen before...

Removing from 1.0 - doesn't affect usability and only happens while you're dragging the window.

With brackets-shell pull request #445 I'm not seeing any menu flickering.

Back to @JeffryBooher to consider closing as fixed.
