This is fairly urgent because library releases are blocked. And I can't force the 9.x bundle to build without a new release. |

I think https://github.com/adafruit/workflows-circuitpython-libs/blob/main/build/action.yml also needs to be pinned. |

Fixes #31 for now. But we need to move to
