This adds back the feature, which previously caused an infinite loop situation, to use repeating schedules with the 'schedule' keyword.
I've tested with daily, weekly, and monthly with a specific day pattern and various repeating intervals.
I used PR #1082 as the base for these changes, so that PR is a dependancy of this PR. Please review that PR first.
