Made (somewhat sketchily) the boxes for each distributional requirement in the Graduation page.
Edited colors to fit more with the Coursetable scheme
Copied a lot of elements over from the Coursetable code to try to make a Header, didn't do very well though 😅
Added CourseBox component so you can use a course with distributional requirements Still need to add semester icons given certain semesters
Made changes to Distribution Table, trying to get worked with CSS and buttons to change year

Added tooltips to the checkmarks and distribution circles.
Added tooltips to distributions, checklists, added info buttons. Made CourseBox code work with both Course data and StudentCourse data
Added tooltips to the Checkmarks in Courses page, moved tooltips for Distribution Circle form in DistributionTable to DistributionsCircle
