Added tooltips to distributions, checklists, added info buttons. Made CourseBox code work with both Course data and StudentCourse data
Added tooltips to the Checkmarks in Courses page, moved tooltips for Distribution Circle form in DistributionTable to DistributionsCircle

Added many tooltips for checkmarks and distribution circles. Added an info button circle as well in commons.
