Known original game bugs, fixed in LevelMod (incomplete)

  • Occasional backwards manual state
  • 251x trick string multiplier limit
  • Regular stance would not register from Nollie
  • Incorrect teleport exit stance (most notably in Oil Rig)
  • Ground snap when dropping off the edge (fixed?)
  • Boneless/Beanplant/Fastplant functions call correct animations
  • Can grind after Kickflip-to-grab combo now
  • Can trigger wallride by holding grind button off the rail (th1/2 levels)

Original game annoyances:

  • Overlapping net messages (known as left side chat in the past)
  • Single player ped props messages (can toggle)
  • Extra/special tricks messages (can toggle)

Multiplayer fixes:

  • 32 tags limit in graffiti mode
  • More online times (5 seconds script)
  • Custom restart
  • Working observer mode
  • Built-in online support via OpenSpy (link)

New features and game mechanics:

  • Double tap extra tricks
  • Spine transfer
  • Acid drop
  • Bank drop
  • Wallpant
  • Wallieplant
  • Power slide
  • Dropdown

Engine code improvements:

  • Fixed game loop stutters
  • XInput support (XBOX gamepads and such)
  • DirectX 9 backend support (can use shaders, ReShade specifically)
  • Added multiple graphics options, including mipmap generation, filtering, AA, etc.
  • Expanded or removed various original engine limits
