Thanks, Stefan. I brought both updates to the previous LTS release (2016Q4), and it's rebuilding now. The just released 2017Q4 LTS branch already has them. |
Thx, saw those in 2017Q4 :) |

Changes from Ant 1.10.1 TO Ant 1.10.2 ===================================== Changes that could break older environments: ------------------------------------------- * updated the dependency of BCEL to 6.2. Bugzilla Report 61196 * delete task previously would silently accept wildcard (*) value for the "file" attribute. That's no longer the case and an exception could get thrown by the underlying filesystem for such use. Usage like: <delete file="/foo/bar/*.something"/> should instead be changed to use resource collections like: <delete> <fileset dir="/foo/bar/" includes="*.something"/> </delete> * Commons Net 3.6 is binary-code, but not source compatible; see change list of Commons Net 3.0 for details * The Log4jListener is marked as deprecated as the required log4j library (in version 1.x) is not maintained any more. * Image task is marked as deprecated as the required JAI library is not maintained any more and internal APIs that JAI depended on are no longer available in Java 9. Fixed bugs: ----------- * <genkey>'s <dname> child now skips <param>s that lack a key or value. Bugzilla Report 60767 * bootstrapping Ant on Windows failed Bugzilla Report 61027 * Fixed the issue where the SCP based tasks would try to change the permissions on the parent directory of a transferred file, instead of changing it on the transferred file itself. Bugzilla Reports 59648 and 43271 * Fixed the issue where the source file being copied could end up being corrupted if the target of the copy happened to be the same source file (symlinked back to itself). Bugzilla Report 60644 * Fixed the issue where symlink creation with "overwrite=false", on existing symlink whose target was a directory, would end up creating a new symlink under the target directory. Bugzilla Report 58683 * Improvement to the Zip task for reduced memory usage in certain cases. Thanks to Glen Lewis for reporting the issue and suggesting the fix. Bugzilla Report 19516 * Fixed an issue where the content redirected from output/error streams of a process, could end up being truncated. Bugzilla Report 58833, 58451 * <fileset>/<zipfileset>/<tarfileset> will now throw an exception with a more useful error message when setFile is called twice on the same instance. Bugzilla Report 62071 Other changes: -------------- * Added forceCsvQuoteChar option to <csv> task. When enabled the values always get quoted. Github Pull Request #32 * Added <encoding> attributes to various script related tasks and a compiled attribute to scriptdef. Github Pull Request #30 * Added support for jarsigner's -tsadigestalg to <signjar>. Bugzilla Report 60665 * added "regexp" attribute to <linecontainsregexp> Bugzilla Report 60968 * reduced GC pressure by replacing all usage of FileInputStream and FileOutputStream. * Task can now also use attribute setters that expect a java.nio.file.Path argument. Bugzilla Report 61042 * added a new magic property ant.tstamp.now that can be used to override the current time/date used by <tstamp>. Bugzilla Report 61079 * added Orion support to ejbjar Github Pull Request #33 * SCP task, when configured to use SFTP protocol, now preserves last modified timestamp on files that it uploads, if the preserveLastModified attribute is set to true for that task Bugzilla Report 58589 * zip and the related tasks can now set the modification time of all entries to a fixed timestamp. Github Pull Request #36 * Jsch library dependency has now been upgraded to 0.1.54. Jsch is the library behind the sshexec and scp Ant tasks. Bugzilla Report 61718 * Added a new <javaversion> condition. * added "javac10+" as new supported value for javac's compiler attribute. * javah has been removed from Java 10. The task will now throw an exception if you try to use it while running Java 10 or newer. * Updated Maven Ant Tasks, Jakarta Regexp and JUnit 4 to the latest stable version (2.1.3, 1.4, and 4.12 respectively); updated JRuby to the latest Java 5 compatible version (1.6.8); added resolve target for AntUnit to facilitate updates. Github Pull Request #50 * Updated Java Mail API, Jython, Rhino and Commons Net to the latest stable version (1.6.0, 2.7.0, 1.7.7.2 and 3.6, respectively). Github Pull Request #53

Changelog: 0.8.0: What's new since version 0.7.1 errors 0.8.0 decomposes Wrap (and Wrapf) into their component operations, namely adding a message to an error, and adding a stack trace to an error, which were previously merged into a single operation. This is accomplished by adding two top level functions, errors.WithMessage and errors.WithStack, and rewriting Wrap and Wrapf in terms of these operations. The motivation for this change was need to treat each of the following operations as distinct: Adding a context message to an existing error without altering the stack trace. Adding a stack trace to an existing error without the requirement of adding an additional message. Retrieving the immediate cause of an error; popping one element of the error stack. The addition of WithStack and WithMessage increases the surface area of this package by two methods, after long discussions at GopherCon 2016 it was felt strongly that destructuring the operation of Wrap and Wrapf was necessary. For the moment Wrap and Wrapf remain, but depending on your feedback may be deprecated in future releases. Please leave comments via the issue link. Thanks to @nmiyake and @fabstu for their assistance in preparing this release. Bug fixes Add Go 1.7.1 to .travis.yml. Thanks @Thomasdezeeuw 0.7.1: What's new since version 0.7.0 0.7.1 is a minor release in the 0.7 series which contains bugfixes, documentation improvements and cleanups and some internal refactoring. Improvements Rename StackTrace interface to stacktracer in docs and examples. Capitalise first letter of trace in examples. Thanks @jongillham Wrapped errors now print full stacktrace. Documentation improvements, #69. Thanks @AlekSi Added benchmarks comparing stack trace performance. Fixes #72. Thanks @kardianos Bug fixes Fix %q format for wrapped errors. Thanks @greensnark Remove trailing newline from LICENSE file. Thanks @vbatts Tests now pass when pkg/errors is vendored. Fixes #77. Thanks @exp Fix the %q format for errors so it puts "" around the output (caused by a bug introduced between 0.7.0 and 0.7.1). Thanks @ncw 0.7.0: What's new since version 0.6.0 0.7.0 removes the deprecated errors.Location and errors.Stack interfaces, and the errors.Fprint helper. Types returned from this package now implement the fmt.Formatter interface and can print themselves when passed to fmt.Printf and friends. For example: fmt.Printf("%s\n", err) will print the message of the error as per normal, recursive if the underlying error has a Cause method. fmt.Printf(%v\n", err) operates the same as %s. fmt.Printf(%+v\n", err) prints the error message as above, then prints a stack trace of the point that the error was created with errors.New, errors.Errorf, etc. This new behaviour is described in this blog post. Other changes in 0.7.0 include: The Stacktrace() []Frame interface method was renamed to StackTrace() StackTrace. Please note the change in capitalisation. The previous interface was added in 0.6.0 so hopefully this change will not cause to many breaking changes. The name and signature of the method is not expected to change again in the future. Fixes #50. Bug fixes README.md incorrectly reported the licence of this package as MIT, not BSD 2 clause, this has been rectified. Thanks @anthonyfok. Fixes #41.

### GMime 3.2.2 * Fixed packaging to include Vala files. ### GMime 3.2.1 * Fixed GMimeParser to recognize the message/global mime-type (a UTF-8 version of message/rfc822). (issue #50) * Updated GMime to use libidn2 instead of the older libidn library. (issue #48) * Fixed address quoting logic and IDN2 encoding. The rules for quoting address names should use 'specials' instead of 'tspecials' and when encoding domain names via IDN2, check if the encoded domain matches the original domain name (other than case). If they match, prefer the non-encoded domain name since the user may have used uppercase characters to enhance readability of the domain name. * Added GMIME_DECRYPT_ENABLE_ONLINE_CERTIFICATE_CHECKS and GMIME_DECRYPT_ENABLE_KEYSERVER_LOOKUPS as possible flags to pass to g_mime_crypto_context_decrypt(). Also added GMIME_VERIFY_ENABLE_ONLINE_CERTIFICATE_CHECKS and GMIME_VERIFY_ENABLE_KEYSERVER_LOOKUPS as possible flags to pass to g_mime_crypto_context_verify(). Clients that wish to enable online certificate and/or keyserver lookups now need to explicitly enable this functionality. These changes are designed to make it more difficult for clients to be susceptible to Efail privacy exploits. Specifically, it is meant to address the privacy concerns regarding CRL and OCSP status check backchannels. For more information about Efail, see https://www.efail.de/ * Fixed g_mime_message_write_to_stream() to prioritize message headers over body headers (even when they have an offset of -1). (issue #46) * The GMimeParser can now warn about a number of RFC-compliance issues that it finds when parsing messages. * Fixed GMimeTextPart to make sure that the GMimeFilterCharset is non-null before trying to use it. This can happen if the charset specified in the Content-Type header is unsupported by the iconv library.

# rprojroot 2.0.2 (2020-11-15) ## Features - In `find_root_file()`, if the first path component is already an absolute path, the path is returned unchanged without referring to the root. This allows using both root-relative and absolute paths in `here::here()`. Mixing root-relative and absolute paths in the same call returns an error (#59). - `find_root_file()` propagates `NA` values in path components. Using tidyverse recycling rules for path components of length different from one (#66). - `has_file()` and `has_file_pattern()` gain `fixed` argument (#75). - New `is_drake_project` criterion (#34). - Add `subdir` argument to `make_fix_file()` (#33, @BarkleyBG). - Update documentation for version control criteria (#35, @uribo). ## Breaking changes - `Has_file()` and `has_dir()` now throw an error if the `filepath` argument is an absolute path (#74). - `has_basename()` replaces `has_dirname()` to avoid confusion (#63). - `as_root_criterion()` and `is_root_criterion()` replace `as.` and `is.`, respectively. The latter are soft-deprecated. - `thisfile()` and related functions are soft-deprecated, now available in the whereami package (#43). ## Bug fixes - The `is_dirname()` criterion no longer considers sibling directories (#44). ## Internal - Use testthat 3e (#70). - The backports package is no longer imported (#68). - Re-license as MIT (#50). - Move checks to GitHub Actions (#52). - Availability of suggested packages knitr and rmarkdown, and pandoc, is now checked before running the corresponding tests.

Pkgsrc changes: * More patching of isxxxx() uses to u_char. Upstream changes: Version 3.2.3 ------------- * New: Provide better error reporting if a Connection cannot be obtained from the Connection Pool by introducing the method ConnectionPool_getConnectionOrException(). In C++ the exception thrown now contains the actual cause instead of a generic error. * Fix: In C++ guard against stopping the Connection Pool with active Connections. I.e. all Connections should be returned to the pool before explicitly attempting to stop the pool. This is due to how C++ destructors are called at scope end; if there is a reference to a live Connection object after the pool is stopped it might cause a dealloc sequence problem. * Fix: Issue #50 where unit test 5 could fail for MariaDB because mysql_stmt_affected_rows() only returns actual affected rows, not matched rows which MySQL does. * Fix: plus other minor improvements and fixes

3.2023.0218 (2023-02-18) * Updated the Apache and IANA media registry entries as of release date. * Mohammed Gad added the jfif file extension for image/jpeg text format. #52 * Reworked the loading of IANA provisional media registries to merge them into the top-level media-type registries instead of a standalone registry file. #53 originally identified by Chris Salzberg in #50. * It is worth noting that this is an imperfect solution as if a media type is provisionally registered and withdrawn, it will linger in the registry with no clean way of identifying them at the moment. See #54. * This release also fixes ruby-mime-types#163, where logs show "Type application/netcdf is already registered as a variant of application/netcdf". 3.2023.0218.1 (2023-02-18) * When this data library was created in 2015, I made the decision based on information available to deprecate text/javascript in favour of application/javascript. Since the previous update (2022-01-05), IANA has officially deprecated application/javascript in favour of text/javascript. Samuel Williams discovered this in #55 by noting that all js types were marked obsolete in version 3.2023.0218. * A hotfix has been applied to resolve this. However, note that application/javascript will not be returned by default, only text/javascript.

# debugme 1.2.0 * debugme now does not instrumented code multiple times, this could happen if environments were referenced from multiple places (#15). * debugme now correctly instruments functions with attributes, the attributes are kept now. Some packages, e.g. `assertthat` create such functions. * debugme now supports debug levels. Relatedly, `debugme()` has a `level` argument now (#49, @krlmlr). * debugme now correctly instruments functions with `NULL` body and functions with no arguments. * Nested calls are printed better now, with indentation (#44, @krlmlr). * `debugme()` now re-reads the `DEBUGME` environment variable (#45, @krlmlr). * New `DEBUGME_SHOW_TIMESTAMP` environment variable to hide timestamp output for reproducibility (#49, @krlmlr). * debugme now does not change the random seed (#50).
