chore: Use prettier v4 alpha

Prettier has an alpha v4 using the optimisations that came out of the bounty: https://prettier.io/blog/2023/11/30/cli-deep-dive

Tested on my local laptop:

• 3.1.0 (2nd run): ~20 sec
• 4.0.0-alpha.3 (1st run): ~8 sec
• 4.0.0-alpha.3 (2nd run): ~3 sec
