Recreate the Vivo Temporal Graph in Scholars for Organizations

As a user,
I want to re create the Vivo Temporal Graph in Scholars.
So that I can view specific suborganizations' publication data. I want this graph to only display organizations, and not any of the other filters from the vivo table

Acceptance Criteria:

• Implement suborganization selection filters similar to those in the Vivo temporal graph.
• Ensure that when users select or deselect suborganizations, the graph updates to reflect only the selected organizations.
• Maintain the same behavior as the current implementation regarding suborganization filtering.
• Verify that only organizational publication data is visualized.
• Ensure that no functionality related to people comparisons exists in the new graph.
