Replace link of 'Vivo Temporal Graph' with Scholars implementation

As a developer,
I want to ensure that the new 'Temporal Graph' is accessible via the same link structure as the current graph,
So that users can access the graph from the same location.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Ensure that the new graph can be accessed from the same or updated location, without breaking existing navigation structures.
• Verify that links leading to the 'Temporal Graph' page are either redirected to the new graph or point to the new implementation directly.
• Confirm that the user experience is unchanged in terms of how users navigate to the graph.
