Implement 'Clear' Button Functionality

As a developer,
I want to have a 'Clear' button on the 'Temporal Graph', so that I can reset all selected suborganizations and view the default graph for the organization.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Add a 'Clear' button to the graph interface.
• When the 'Clear' button is clicked, all selected suborganizations should be deselected, and the graph should reset to show the default view (e.g., all suborganizations' publication data combined) without requiring a page reload.

Other Information:

• This component should be a part of the 'left column', created in Implement basic layout for 'Temporal Graph' #383
