Preparation for Release 4.0.0

This issue is created to collect all the tasks we need to do before the 4.0.0 release (initially this was set to 3.9.0 but the improvements are so much that it's worth dedicating a new major version to it).

Source Code

• Update Sming/SmingCore/SmingCore.h

New features

• Initial support for multiple architectures. At the moment ESP8266 and Host with ESP32 coming soon. ( Initial restructure to support multiple target architectures #1675 )

• Host Emulator (Sming Host Emulator #1692)

@mikee47 Please, note that the next major version will be 4.0.0 (used to be 3.9.0). The new features and improvements are so much that it's worth dedicating a new major version to it.
