Latex spellbook generator

This python code generator builds latex code that can be compiled into a PDF spellbook containing:

• name
• school
• cast time
• range
• duration
• save throw (if any)
• type of attack (melee or ranged)
• description
• effect of using higher level slots, if present

The json version of spells used in this released is kindly provided by Vorpalhex, check out his repo.
