  • Update heck dependency to latest minor version to prevent including multiple versions in used sea-orm other crate dependent on heck latest version projects

Related with davidpdrsn/bae#12, SeaQL/strum#1 and SeaQL/sea-schema#103

This PR contains breaking changes, so it will be merged and released in SeaORM 0.12.0.

We can branch off 0.11 and merge this to master now?
