Banks are mostly configured via economy: you may have banks in any currency that has been created in the economy plugin. For the sign setup, see Banks/Player Guide

Recommended cache sizes

• rpkit_bank id: Should be the size of the amount of players expected to be using banks at the same time. For safety, it's probably best to set this to your max player count.
