Is your feature request related to a problem?

There's been quite a bit of feedback on the latest iteration of insights. We're going to roll back to a previous solution that isolates editing names, descriptions, and tags to inline actions.

Describe the solution you'd like

Use inline actions to trigger editable states for descriptive fields. The insight should still default to a unique name.
