• fix rust utf8 ranges vs js utf16 ranges ember-tooling/ember-eslint-parser#20
• Fix Incorrectly missing scope ember-tooling/ember-eslint-parser#21
• <@argument> Parsing error: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'index') ember-tooling/ember-eslint-parser#22
• Remove unused dependency @glimmer/syntax ember-cli/eslint-plugin-ember#2047
• Bump ember-eslint-parser to 0.2.4 ember-cli/eslint-plugin-ember#2048
