Assorted super-soldier-related cleanup #178

  • Gave Lambda an RM-42 knife to prevent her from defaulting to the typical NPC behavior of deciding her helmet is a better weapon than her bare hands, despite being built with a lean towards unarmed skill.
  • Also have both a sheath so Lambda can put her knife away if needed.
  • Removed the bio-weapon badge from Evy since it's been more associated with the bio-weapons than super soldiers, and to make her more discreet.
  • Extensive updates to NPC and mission dialogue. Aside from typofixes and a few more responses where relevant, also better accounted for failed bio-weapons having been renamed (so that the name "bio-weapon" only comes up when the context would already be reasonably clear to the
    PC), and accounted for super soldier players not actually starting with a bio-weapon badge.
  • Set it so that augmented undead soldiers spawn a bit earlier in military bases.
  • Updated the armor values of undead augmented soldiers. Most variants start with a value slightly higher than what the light military armor grants (10/15 instead of 8/12), while riflemen, shotgunners, and juggernauts gain a value close to what medium military armor gives (20/30 instead of 16/27).
  • Couple other minor stat tweaks relative to standard zombie soldiers.
