## **Description** This PR removes `long-running` Snap endowment/permission. Snaps team have decided to remove this endowment because of its unpredictable security concerns around running Snaps indefinitely. Bump snaps packages to latest. This release mostly includes fixes to bugs found in the snaps execution environment. It also includes the removal of the already deprecated
