Avoid using plain credential in the command line which can be exposed in logs or GUI. Set the credentials in float secret and retrieve them in the user script.

This release includes the support for the `scratch` option. For s3 storage, allow the user to authorize with session token. It also includes several bugfixes. See the details below.
