Thanks for the contribution @shawndube and again apologies for the delay in merging. Released to NuGet as NHibernate5.SqlAzure and NHibernate5.SqlAzure.Standalone. Closes #25. |

This update provides support for NHibernate 5 which included some breaking changes that needed to be addressed in this library. This work is meant to address and close issue #25 and was greatly guided by the work @RogerKratz did in the Teleopti fork.
