NHib v5 is now released, https://www.nuget.org/packages/NHibernate/5.0.0, would be great if this lib could be updated to ref this version.

I was about to make a PR but I noticed that you have seperate assemblies targeting nhib v3 and nhib v4. Don't know if you want new assemblies in the solution or replace some old assemblies?
