Description

Update mainchain/sidehchain registration commands based on recent updates. Wait for LIP#148 to get merged.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Should have all changes reflected as per in LIP0043 after LIP#148 merge

Update chain registration commands (#7770)

### What was the problem?

This PR resolves #7550 

### How was it solved?

- Update chain registration commands to follow LIP
- Update mainchainID and mainchainTokenID to compute from chainID
- Check each steps on the current LIPs

### How was it tested?

- Update the tests
