Description

Based on the changes made in #6612. PM2-axon is replaced with zeromq that brings some changes in how api client is created which needs to be changed for IPCClient in @liskhq/lisk-api-client

Acceptance Criteria

  • All tests related to IPC Client should pass
  • Should be able to create an IPC client and able to connect and interact with a running node
