Improve plugin and channel implementation

Description

• Update channel implementation to support efficient and consistent communication with a new pub/sub model
• Improve communication architecture to handle multiple modes of API access with support for topic based communication

Motivation

• Introduce topic based and improved communication for a better SDK user experience

Controller is a part of Lisk Framework that Implements communication architecture of the application. Below diagram depicts the role and updated functioning of the Controller.
