Adding project catena

Hi Team,

I have added three new tag options as below:

1. I am currently based in Albert Cardona's lab (former Group leader in Janelia) in Cambridge UK, while being a remote software engg. contractor for Jan Funke's machine learning models. I wanted to acknowledge them.

development team:["Cardona lab", "Funke lab"]

2. I have an APACHE license for my Git repo right now. Hence, I added this new tag, since it did not exist.

open source license: ["APACHE"]

3. The pipeline includes (will include) detection ( synapse) and classification (neurotransmitters) algorithms for vEM.

    "Classification", ]
