docs: Documentation update for Fedora Workstation keyring daemon

• I changed the documentation to explain to new users how to solve keyring issue after login.
• I'm usuing Fedora Workstation with JaKooLit hyprland dots as my daily, so I want to help as much as possible.

• Fixes brave part of [Bug]: Google Chrome signing out and password manager empty after signing in & Brave asking for password #142

Sorry my commit message doesn't follow the guidelines, if merged and closes #142, I may create a new issue that covers the second part of 142 (google chrome part)
