[Bug]: Google Chrome signing out and password manager empty after signing in & Brave asking for password

Bug Report

Description

1. After I logged in hyprland and launched google chrome, I had the nautice that the sync is paused and that I had to login again, after I did so, I coudln't login into the web apps because the password manager was empty.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch hyprland
2. Open chrome and login
3. Check the password manager

In another workspace:

1. Try launching Brave

Expected Behavior

Have my passwords shown
And prompted to Brave welcome page

Actual Behavior

No passwords or autocomplete
Being asked for the password because (look at the screenshot)

• Linux Distro: Fedora 40 Workstation
• Linux Version: Linux 6.11.3-200.fc40.x86_64 # 1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC x86_64 GNU/Linux
• Hyprland Version, output of hyprctl version: v0.44.1
• Installation Environment: On The Main Hardware

For the Brave issue I suggest adding the command gnome-keyring-daemon --start to execute on startup as a note in the README or the wiki for the workstation spin of fedora section

For chrome issue:

• Every other browser password manager working (Firefox and Brave)
• Even after logging to a website on chrome and saving the password, the password manager still empty
• Connecting to the google password manager from other browsers works
• Connecting to the google password manager from the web on chrome works
