Context

Test IDs for all fields should be unique. Currently, the test IDs for the description, URL of links, and identity are all the same, i.e., description-input and url-input. Additionally, the Add Link button has a duplicate test ID.

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect to the wallet
2. Navigate to the /register_dRep page
3. Observe the test IDs of description and url fields

Actual behavior

Test IDs for the description,URL fields and Add link button are duplicated.

Expected behavior

Test IDs should be unique for each field and element.
