[e10s] Get rid "unsafe CPOW usage", this raise an error in Firefox 47.0a1+ #20

Now we can use resource://gre/modules/PrivateBrowsingUtils.jsm only for browser windows (and not for content windows).
And for Private Tab support we should use privateTab.isTabPrivate(), see Infocatcher/Private_Tab#208 (fixed version not yet released).
