- Update iob-soc scripts to run with python2 instead of python
- This change disambiguates the python version, since for newer
installations of linux python does not exist or could be a link to
python3. (For example Ubuntu 20.04 based systems come only with
python3 by default and do not have a link to python setup)
- This change works retroactivly, since all systems that have python
linked to python2.7 also have python2 linking to python2.7
- This works as a temporary fix while we don't update all scripts to
python3
- Remove linking python2 to python as a prerequisite to setup iob-soc
add missing axi signals for full AXI4-full protocol support; merge with iob-soc/master
fix .queue and .load files' permissions
