You can now change a room's name and scene if you were the creator of the room. We've also improved the room entry flow so that you can hit the back button instead of restarting the entire flow.
This PR is a merge of #823, #832 and #833 see the descriptions those PRs for more technical details.
This PR also adds a permissions token retrieved from reticulum that describes what actions a user can take.
