Bump guava version from 21.0 to 30.0-jre

Also fixed some minor issues with the data structures.

In order to investigate and fix the issue, the dependencies have been changed to use the refactored constraint system.

Additionally, "cargo fmt" has been run on the whole project folder.

Remaining activities: - Integrate the gadget for enforcing the ownership of the keys - Extend unit test at least to cover FT withdrawal

Additionally applied some minor fixes.

Switched from byte arrays to bit arrays to represent the keys.

The test is now failing due to a bug in the ByteAccumulator that doens't handle correctly bit arrays as input.
