Removed todo list atop the page, and did some editing for the final draft. The chapter is ready for Sia to review and Rebecca for final editing.

@tunetheweb I made another editing pass tonight. It is ready for Sia and then Rebecca to finalize. Sia indicated that she could review on Friday 19th or the weekend following. Rebecca is ready at notice. Thank you again for helping me out with this. |
