This PR illustrates the addition of enum descriptions to a MIxS schema that has already been standardized with gen-linkml, removal of inferrable values and verbose forms with yq and then yamlfmt

If this PR's content is acceptable, then it should be merged into it's base, standardize-linkml-and-yaml, and then the following PR should be merged into main
