Adds a new HTML file shell and accompanying CSS/JS files.

Fixes #47, #48, #49, #37

  • Limit maximum size on large displays
  • Add nicer loading bar
  • Change the background color
  • Make the app full screen when making the browser full screen
  • Shows a dismissable warning for mobile users
  • Adds embed tags for sharing on social media
  • Adds a static directory that gets copied on build
