Re-add removed route param

Explanation of Change

By the time #51817 was merged, it was out of sync with main. That PR used route/useRoute(), that had been removed in the meantime in 48a9b37.
This change re-adds it to fix the typecheck and ESLint errors.

Tests / QA

1. Create a new account
2. Go to Settings > Security > Two Factor Authentication
3. Make sure the right hand panel opens on a page saying "This feature requires you to validate your account."
4. Click the back button in the panel, make sure the panel closes and you're back on the Security page
5. Create a workspace
6. Go to More Features and enable accounting integrations
7. Go to Accounting > Xero > [Connect] > tap the "Enable two-factor authentication" button
8. Make sure the RHP opens on a page saying "This feature requires you to validate your account."
9. Click the back button, make sure the panel closes and you're back on the Accounting page of the workspace

• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
