Epic: Input Date Picker and Input Time Picker

Background

Over the past few sprint triage planning sessions there have been a few issues related to the Input Date Picker and Input Time Picker. This epic organizes those issues in one place for the team to sift through the various tasks.

Plan of action

In line with the Engineering Plan, we are aiming to address the issues below by August 2022.
