I merged the previous PR into dev, so this can be rebased to better see the additional changes that it proposes. |
Now supports longitudinal and edits. Also better call interface. recon_surf/talairach-reg.sh - Move longitudinal variant into talairach-reg.sh - Update arguments and call signature (to better support longitudinal and edits processing) - use run_it instead of RunIt - Update usage Update calls to talairach-reg.sh in run_fastsurfer.sh and recon-surf.sh.
