APMStatsConsumeris no longer in use since open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib#31416.The only breaking change is users can no longer do
consumer.(*Consumer).ConsumeAPMStats(), instead they can doconsumer.(*APMStatsConsumer).ConsumeAPMStats(). Everything else is backwards-compatible.
