Summary

SUMMARY: Balance "Applies more reasonable stats to Bio Shotgun CBM"

Purpose of change

Bionics in general are supposed to be miniaturized things. The bionic shotgun was using damage stats for a ~17 inch barrel.

Describe the solution

Whipped out the spreadsheet I did up for the shotguns PR and punched in an arbitrary "reasonable" barrel length for an implant for one's forearm. I chose 6". I also changed the material type from steel to titanium, as titanium shotgun barrels technically exist, and it's a more bio compatible metal than steel. Since it's not really offering you any leverage (it's presumably in your forearm) I greatly reduced its bashing damage, and I also set its volume to that of a 1" diameter, 8 inch tall cylinder (extra 2 inches for breech and firing mechanism).

Testing

Installed the CBM and messed around with it.
