UHF-X: Update Gin theme

UHF-X

What was done

• Updated Gin theme to latest version with dependencies.
• Removed patches that are no longer valid.
• Updated Drupal core.

How to install

• Make sure your instance is up and running on correct branch.
  • git checkout UHF-X_update_gin
  • make fresh
• Run make drush-cr

How to test

• Make sure everything works normally.
• Check that on the admin interface "Show row weights" works on paragraphs when editing content.
• Check that the sidebar on the theme works as it should when you click the small cog wheel on the top right corner: The sidebar visibility should be toggled.
• Check that code follows our standards
