UHF-7111: Add unified card style

UHF-7111

We do not have an unified card style and now the design-team has created one.

What was done

• Unified card style was created

How to install

• Make sure your instance is up and running on latest dev branch.
  • git pull origin dev
  • make fresh
• Update the HDBT theme
  • composer require drupal/hdbt:dev-UHF-7111_unified_card_style
• Run make drush-cr

How to test (sote and kasko)

• Test TPR changes in Kasko
  • Go to https://helfi-kasko.docker.so/fi/kasvatus-ja-koulutus/lukiokoulutus/lukiot, the teaser styles should still be the old ones
  • Go to https://helfi-kasko.docker.so/fi/kasvatus-ja-koulutus/ammatillinen-koulutus-0, the teaser styles should still be the old ones
  • Go to https://helfi-kasko.docker.so/fi/kasvatus-ja-koulutus and check the daycare listing, they should be using the new unified minimal styles
• Test TPR changes in Sote
  • Go to https://helfi-sote.docker.so/fi/sosiaali-ja-terveyspalvelut/terveydenhoito/terveysasemat and check the health station listing, they should now be using the new unified card styles
• Check that code follows our standards

Designers review

• This PR has been visually reviewed by a designer (Sebastian)
