Workflow

1. Clone the repository

git clone [email protected]:BulykLab/IMD-colocalization-manuscript-figures.git

2. Move to the code directory

cd IMD-colocalization-manuscript-figures/code

3. Run each code to generate figures using R

Rscript Figure1.R   # or any other code in the directory
