No worries! I just wanted to push this since I built a python script to display detections using BrainRender and paquo. The only think i'd like you to look at, when you have time, is the two PR i did a while ago for https://github.com/BIOP/abba-documentation Thanks :D |

This allows the ABBA extension to be used with QuPath CLI and paquo.
Just remember to first call
QP.setBatchProjectAndImage(project, imageData), if outside of a QuPath GUI
