fix: add new allowable values for licenseType - RHEL_BYOS / SLES_BYOS

Description

This change adds two extra allowed values for the licenseType parameter in the virtual-machine AVM template.
The two new allowed parameter values are:

RHEL_BYOS
SLES_BYOS
