The code quality of the sequencer client and sequencing contracts are not at part with what we expect. They are written with unnecessary abstraction and complexity. As the 🐢 will be dealing with a lot of changes in these sections to accommodate a validator client as well (committee members). We will be cleaning these up as part of those tasks.
