New FT0 reconstruction filtering logic(default):

  1. Common event level: bitDataIsValid==1 TCM bit
  2. Amplitude container: only channels with kIsCFDinADCgate==1 PM bits
  3. Time calculations: only channels with kIsTimeInfoNOTvalid!=1 && kIsTimeInfoLost!=1 PM bits

New features and bugfixes for calibration section.

New default calibration objects(o2::ft0::TimeSpectraInfoObject) are uploaded into production CCDB and successfully tested: https://alice.its.cern.ch/jira/browse/O2-3471
