This issues is just to track the PRs over several of our repositories to update eslint to a common recent one. All those PRs are now Draft because we're waiting on this for now. Other than the updates to yarn.lock all of these are trivial. Though the endo change raises a mystery. It also contains a fix needed to satisfy lint under CI, though lint locally was fine either way.

Since these collectively are one change, it would be good to have one reviewer. Please let me know and I'll add you to all of these. Or add yourself and let me know.

endojs/endo#652 (merged)
#2804 (merged) #2820 (merged)
Agoric/documentation#467 (merged)

Agoric/dapp-pegasus#27 (merged)
